SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the products specified below, which the Buyer ordered electronically through the Seller’s website.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Upon receiving the Buyer’s order and confirming the payment, the Seller will undertake the necessary procedures for the shipment of the products to the specified delivery address. The delivery time may vary depending on the processing of the order, the service of the shipping company, and the delivery address.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

The Buyer may return the received products within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. For the return process, the Buyer must ensure that the products are undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.

PAYMENT TERMS

The Seller specifies the price and payment options for the Buyer’s order on the website. Payments are made according to the Buyer’s preferred method.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Buyer’s personal data is protected in accordance with the privacy policy and legislation. Personal data is only used for the completion of the order and delivery processes.

EFFECTIVENESS AND AMENDMENTS

This contract has been accepted electronically upon the Buyer’s order and has entered into force. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this contract.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Turkish Law and Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes related to this contract.
